Paul "never" voted for an unbalanced budget. He's right. If Washington passed a balance budget, there would be no earmarks. Because the out-of-control Congress passed the increased spending, a Representative should try to get his constituents money back. Earmarking is also transparency.

Most of these guys are still sitting up on the porch talking about how it used to be and somehow we should want to go back too, while the rest of the country has moved on. Think about what the Occupy & the Tea Party movements alone will look like by next summer.

An interesting article to read, considering all the "** is the most conservative candidate right now"...http://voteview.com/Is_John_Kerry_A_Liberal.htm No...it's not a discussion...Ron Paul is the most conservative member of congress since 1937.
