Eat It Tweet It

You eat it, then tweet it

Starting today and then every Tuesday, our Get Moving blogger will post a photo of her most recent meal using the Twitter hashtag #eatittweetit. She's working hard to follow the MyPlate guidelines. 

Plus, she'll tell you about how many calories the meal is according to my Lose It database information. And, for my lunch-time meals, I'm joining Lose It's challenge to keep that meal under 450 calories.

One important note: I'm not telling you *what* to eat. I'm telling you what *I* eat, and I'd like to see what you eat. Once our Hometown Wellness Challenge starts, I'm hoping this simple task will help you log your food and exercise to help you earn easy points.

The other cool thing about this is that you'll be able to see what other people are eating and possibly get some ideas for healthy recipes. Check out the feed below.  --- Elizabeth Comeau
