John S 1/9/2013 7:56:53 PMI think so.. chills, horrible chest issues and breathing problems 4 weeks ago.. I still have a persistent cough and runny nose 4 weeks later..No energy.. awful ! -
Tadpole 1/9/2013 7:57:05 PMAt my workplace, vacation days and sick days are lumped together as just "days off", and the number is very small for the year. Colleagues will drag themselves in to work very sick and very contagious to avoid using up these "days off". As a result, the illnesses spread around, productivity goes way down, and people are miserable. Don't blame the workers, blame the workplace environment! -
Display Name: LOA 1/9/2013 7:57:07 PMIncrease your vitamin D to 5,000 ius a day for adults and 1500-2500 for kids. make sure it is D3 and from a well known vitamin company. Don't get the shot or the mist-take your vitamin D and skip the vaccine and the flu -
Charles Field 1/9/2013 7:58:04 PMWe should probably get our flu shots now. There is still time and the serum is supposed to be a good match. The flu this year is a bad one.
